Join the Wellness Listserv:
1) Send a Plain Text message to listproc@lists.wcu.edu (this means that “Plain Text” must be selected in the drop down menu on the toolbar of your new message. Make sure it is not “HTML” or “Rich text”)
2) Leave the subject line blank
3) In the body of the message, type sub wellness your name (Example: sub wellness Jane Doe)

Wellness Program
The Wellness Program is located within the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center and is staffed by the Wellness Coordinator, Karrie Joseph, MPH, a graduate assistant and 5 peer educator program assistants.
The program seeks to enhance campus wellness through
- Educational outreach programs
- Event sponsorship
- Advocacy
- Media campaigns
- Resources
